Information Collected Upon Registration: When you create or reconfigure an account on App As Web, you provide some personal information, such as your name, email address, password, phone number, and location.
App As Web uses the information we collect to operate, improve and personalize the services we offer. We also may use the information to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account and security updates. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request for our services. Modifying Your Personal Information
If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account. You can also permanently delete your App As Web account. When your account is deleted, all your apps, invoices, and personal information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered!

These cookies are typically removed or cleared when you log out to ensure that you can only access restricted features and areas when logged in. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services.

All services are ordered
as is. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

App As Web Rights
All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of App As Web and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the App As Web name or any of the App As Web trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding App As Web, or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
Ending These Terms
The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or App As Web as follows.
You may end your legal agreement with App As Web at any time for any reason by deleteing your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your accounts or cease providing you with all or part of the Services at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe:(i) you have violated these Terms or the App As Web Rules, (ii) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us;or (iii) our provision of the Services to you is no longer commercially viable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to access your account.
